International award-winning photographers Tyler and Rachael met and fell in love while on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They ended up getting married later that year 4,640 miles away in Fairbanks, Alaska where Rachael was born and raised. On their honeymoon, another 4000+ miles away in Kona, Hawaii they decided to move back to Seattle, WA where Tyler is originally from. Together they own and operate TAustin Photography.
As for their style, they usually look to use the landscapes and colors around them at any given point as backgrounds to help compliment the outfits and beauty of each person or couple they photograph which gives their images a vibrant yet timeless feel.
When they are not photographing weddings, high school seniors, families, or glamour, they are more then likely to be found hanging out with their two kids at the park, or working on personal photo projects around the country.
“One thing I love about working together, is that we know each other so well and have been working together for so long, that we always know what the other is thinking it seems. This makes such a difference on a wedding day or during a portrait session because everything just runs so smooth and we can handle any obstacle that might get thrown to us.”
